Iñaki Saltor

Managing Partner

Iñaki began his professional career as a member of an international executive headhunter firm in 2004 in Barcelona. In 2008, he was named General Director of the Spanish branch.

At the end of 2009, he went to Brazil to open an office there for the company and was General Director for both of the company’s offices in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro and as well, became the main person in charge of the Southern Cone of Latin America.

After a 4-year stint in Brazil, he returned to Spain to become the Director of Human Resources for one of the head companies of the multinational CELSA, of the steelmaking sector.

After more than 18 years in the sector in both Spain and Brazil, Iñaki has had the opportunity to develop key executive headhunter searches in countries such as Brazil, Chile, Mexico as well as global searches while located Spain.

He has diversified his knowlegde in different sectors such as steelmaking, food, banking, hotel, services, construction, telecommunications, retail, fashion, automobile as well as the capital goods industry.

Iñaki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Science from the  Escuela Superior de Comercio de Toulouse, an MBA from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and is certified in the AMP (Advanced Management Program) from IESE, where he is currently a Career Advisor.

 

Alvaro Carcel

Operations Director

After completing his higher studies in the Liceo Francés, Alvaro went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree as well as a Master’s in Law from Esade and the Freie University in Berlin.

His first professional experience was as a lawyer specialized in both labor and commercial law.

Following his passion for people, he moved into the Executive Search field in an international firm located in Budapest, which was specialized in the legal sector with operations around the world.

Upon returning to Barcelona, he joined the talent department of the Hilton hotel chain where he learned the ropes of the Human Resources department.

He then decided to return to the Executive Search world in which he has been for the last 5 years, diversifying his knowledge about different sectors such as the mass consumer, food, hotel, industrial, pharmaceutical, retail and fashion sectors working in different geographical locations, specifically in major European countries as well as the United States and Asia.

Katrina Lauritzen

International Consultant

Born in Spain to Danish parents, Katrina has lived in Denmark, Spain, Venezuela, Switzerland, Germany, Great Britain and France. She speaks Danish, Spanish, French and English fluently and has a good working knowledge of German and Italian. Her early childhood education was both in Spain and Switzerland.

Katrina has more than 20 years’ experience internationally in the field of Executive Search. She began at Carré, Orban and Paul Ray International in Barcelona. She later joined Heidrick & Struggles, where she worked in their London, Paris and Barcelona offices.

She also has extensive experience in research, supported by consulting work when and if needed by clients or on assignment. The Executive Search work that she carries out is on a pan-European level, possessing the knowledge and contacts in the Iberian peninsula, France and the UK, primarily in the industrial, chemical, FMGC, pharmaceutical and logistics sectors. As well, Katrina has worked extensively in the finance, telecommunications and public services sectors. She carries out senior management searches in English, Spanish, French and Danish.

Daniel Pascual

Business Advisor and Career Mentor

Daniel is a founding partner of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coaching in Spain. For more than 10 years he was in charge of Strategic and Commerical Marketing Departments of different business units globally in BASF, world leader in the chemical industry. He has 9 years of internal experience managing client development in the IBEX 35 in various offices of Altair Management Consultants in Europe, South America and the United States. He was director general of Newsoft Multimedia and Newsoft Captital.

Currently Daniel is executive coach and business mentor for senior managers and international organizations such as Santander Bank, Sabadell Bank, Repsol, L’Óreal, Abertis, JTI, McKinsey, Lindt, Airbus, Reebok, Nissan, Unilever, etc. Daniel also actively collaborates with IESE Business School for different senior management programs in the area of leadership development and corporate communications. He leads various groups of CEOs, advisors and entrepreneurs in Vistage Spain, as well as being counselor advisor to different companies in the retail, catering/hotel and industrial sectors.

Daniel holds an EMBA from IE, as well as being an executive coach and business mentor at IESE and an MBA professor of Marketing, Strategy, Operations and Leadership at the University of Barcelona.
