Saltor Talent presents NEW LEADERSHIPS, capsules of inspiration for managers. Throughout the different chapters, several experts will introduce us to key aspects for the leaders of the new times.

In the second chapter, Nuria Chinchilla, holder of the Carmina Roca and Rafael Pich-Aguilera Chair of Women and Leadership. Professor in the Department of People Management and director of the I-WiL Initiative at IESE. She is a founding member of the National Commission for the Rationalization of Schedules and has served on the board of the International Women's Forum. Among other recognitions, she has received the “Most Valuable Speaker 2007” award from the Interban Network and the Women Managers Award (2008).

Professor Chinchilla was named “Best Female Manager of the Year” by the Spanish Federation of Female Managers, Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs (FEDEPE). Since December 2018 she is a member of the Royal Academy of Economic and Financial Sciences of Spain (RACEF). She is a member of the UIC University Advisory Council. In 2017, she received the Golden Cross from the European Development Foundation (AEFE). She was Spain's candidate for CEDAW, UN 2012. Between 2015 and 2019, she was a member of the IWF-Spain council.

The Carmina Roca and Rafael Pich-Aguilera Chair of Women and Leadership has the mission of researching strategies that facilitate the integration of women in business organizations.

Being the first Chair in Europe to study women's leadership, it aims to decisively influence business thinking and culture through a humanistic paradigm that discovers and underlines the complementarity between women and men in business management.

Its activities include research seminars, academic conferences, discussion forums between academics and businessmen, book publishing, and courses in postgraduate programs.
