Maribel is a founding partner of the company "Trainers of Talent" that was born in 2013, where she releases and trains talent in the organizational world. She was previously a partner-manager in the company "makeateam" founded by Jorge Valdano, Andoni Zubizarreta and Juan Antonio Corbalán, prestigious soccer and basketball athletes. She collaborated with them in this passionate project from its beginning in the year 2000 until its disappearance. Therefore, she has more than 20 years of experience in the field of talent development as a consultant, trainer, motivational speaker and coach, collaborating with a multitude of companies and organizations of all kinds, both in Spain and abroad.

She was certified as a coach by the Institut Gestalt of Barcelona and People Tech Solutions of Washington, USA in 2007. I was also certified as a team and systems coach by ORSC (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching) in 2012. ACC Coach certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) for 10 years. She credited on Insights Discovery, personality diagnostic tool. She is credited in The Leadership Circle's powerful leadership diagnostic tool.

As an athlete, she has been linked to high performance sports with field hockey for 25 years of her life. 13 of them as an athlete and 12 as a coach. She is proud to say that she is an Olympic champion and a gold medalist in Barcelona '92 with the women's national field hockey team, which was also the first Olympic champion team in the history of Spanish Olympics. She also has 2 silver and 3 bronze medals in European cups. She has been international 119 times and received the national sports award "Copa Barón de Güell" in 1992 and the gold medal for sports merit by the RFEH (Royal Spanish Hockey Federation) together with the rest of my fellow Olympic champions. She was also the first Spanish athlete signed by a foreign team, specifically Dutch, as a professional in field hockey.

She is also a national field hockey coach. She was a member of the technical team of the women's national team that achieved a meritorious 4th place in the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. She was also European club champion in 2004 with the men's team of RC de Polo de Barcelona as a specialized assistant coach. in goalkeepers.

She and she is also a pedagogue from the UCM and a master in sports psychology from the UNED. She is currently a professor in different postgraduate and master's degrees at the Universities of Madrid and Barcelona related to emotional intelligence, leadership, talent development and personal and organizational transformation.
