Saltor Talent, a boutique consultancy specialised in the search, development and retention of executive talent, has given Grupo Castilla a shareholding of the company. Grupo Castilla is a leading Spanish company in knowledge services and talent management software, which closed 2022 with a turnover of 21.8 million euros and growth of 55%.

Founded in 2015, with headquarters in Barcelona and an office in Madrid, Saltor Talent is a firm specialising in executive recruitment and strategic talent consulting. As exclusive partners in Spain of Kennedy Executive Search, it is part of the global network with presence in Europe, the United States, Latin America and Asia.

The company closed 2022 with a turnover of more than 1.5 million euros, having achieved significant double-digit growth over the last three years.

With this operation, Saltor Talent stands out for its clear innovative and digital vocation, in a sector that is still very analogue. A strong commitment to executive talent and inspirational leadership are its main levers to achieve transformation in organisations.
