At Saltor Talent we have successfully led the search for a Director, Global Product Management for a leading multinational in the technology sector with extensive international presence

The challenge

Our client needed a strategic product leader capable of taking on the management of a mission-critical SaaS platform, with a strong global presence, at a key moment of modernization and scalability.

The main challenges were:

  • Define and communicate a clear and transformative product vision, which will guide the evolution of a consolidated platform towards a more modern and efficient solution.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with the engineering/product development team.
  • Manage and grow an international team of product managers, initially of 3 people, with the expectation of incorporating new leaders.
  • Align the product strategy with the needs of customers from very diverse geographies, balancing innovation with operational robustness.

We analyzed the growth potential, selecting profiles that could grow within the organization and climb to an executive role of greater responsibility.
