The challenge
Our client, an international benchmark in the luxury retail sector, was going through a period of strategic change. They needed a professional who not only drove innovative talent strategies, but also had the ability to align and motivate leaders from various business areas, especially in a context marked by digitalization and organizational transformation. The candidate had to have a deep understanding of agile environments and experience in managing multicultural teams, adapting to the needs of an industry that demands speed and constant change.
Our strategy
We start with an in-depth study of the market, extending our analysis to industries with complex dynamics and technologically advanced. The identification of more than 100 potential profiles allowed us to select the most outstanding through a rigorous and unbiased process, using different evaluation tools based on competencies, behaviors, values and leadership style. Throughout the process, we maintained close collaboration with the management team, ensuring proper alignment with the organization’s expectations and culture.
The result
Of the five finalist candidacies we presented, one stood out for its solid track record in cultural transformation projects and strategic talent management in similar sectors. He demonstrated an outstanding ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders, both globally and locally, and to implement effective solutions in high-demand environments. After several rounds of interviews and extensive reference validation, the offer was formalized and accepted to the customer’s great satisfaction.
The success of this project lay in our customized methodology, a thorough competency assessment, and a deep understanding of our client’s culture and business challenges.
