The partners of the Kennedy Executive Search international network meet each year in one of the partner cities. This year, the meeting took place during the first fortnight of June in Monaco.
The most important objective of the annual meeting is to build a fruitful relationship between the partners, share good practices and work on shared strategies to offer solutions to their international clients.
In this new meeting, the new partners from Japan and Ireland were added, who have joined this year to the already existing partners in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Spain, United States, France, Hungary, Italy, Mexico, Monaco , the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Sweden and Switzerland.
A hot topic for everyone, as well as for our network, is business in a post-pandemic world and the increasingly complex talent needs of organizations.
Among other topics, it was discussed how the current context, still marked by the aftermath of the pandemic, as well as the war and raw materials crisis, the increase in inflation and interest rates, influence corporate life in general, and the attraction and retention of executive talent in particular.
Recent success stories were also discussed, such as the implementation of different projects in the field of diversity and inclusion for large corporations at a global level, which have involved close collaboration between the different Kennedy partners.
In short, it has once again been an enriching experience that has allowed us to design the roadmap as a network for 2023 with a clear objective: to maximize the value that we can provide to our clients around the world.
