In the eighth chapter, Xavier Marcet, President of Lead to Change and author, among others, of the book ‘Growing by Growing’. He is a consultant in strategy, innovation and transformation of organizations with more than fifteen years of experience and his company has offices in Barcelona, ​​Madrid, Boston and Santiago de Chile. He has worked in more than 20 countries helping large companies, SMEs, administrations and universities to adapt to changes and generate meaningful proposals for the future.

He is a professor at the Barcelona School of Management at Pompeu Fabra University. He is founding president of the Barcelona Peter Drucker Society. He gives an average of 50 lectures a year. He is a collaborator of La Vanguardia and Sintetia. He is also the author of Things we learn later (2010) and Avoiding mediocrity (2018), both also published by Editorial Platform.
