Giner is an expert in creating multicultural operational teams in VUCA environments. For 20 years she has been gaining experience in large companies in the retail sector.
Her career began in 1996 working for Mango directly as an International Trainer, which allowed her to contribute to the development of the brand in Asia and Europe.
In 2001 she joined the Inditex Group, where she has held the different positions of Learning & Development Manager for Oysho and Massimo Dutti, and Corporate Global Development Director for the entire group (at the Arteixo headquarters). From 2009 to 2016 she was international HR director. H H. at Massimo Dutti.
She has had the pleasure of making high-impact projects a reality in cities such as Shanghai, Moscow, New York, Paris, Dubai, Mexico City, London or New Delhi, always accompanied by her team (almost family!) made up of more than 20 different nationalities. Hybrid retail operations (where the online and offline worlds blend) is one of her areas of expertise.
In 2016 she launched her own People & Organization Shaker project. She works together with companies (and her teams) such as Desigual, L’Oréal or Inditex to create agile environments, focused on the end user, promoting excellence in operations.
